Kurt came to do a furnace tune up for me and was very easy to work with and quick to fit into his schedule not to mention his great prices. It turned out that a portion of our 20-year-old furnace was cracked and in danger of breaking at any time. Kurt quickly contacted the company that made our furnace to get a repair piece but found that it wasn’t made anymore. Since that piece was obsolete and the furnace was still under warranty, he got the furnace company to give us a completely brand new furnace! The only thing he charged us for was the return visit to install the new furnace. SO happy with the service and the cost!
